We invite you to answer the following questions which will assist us to prepare the documents to make the agreement you have reached with your spouse legally binding.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

A. You must include all assets, liabilities, superannuation and financial resources in this document, regardless of whether you and your spouse are including them in the settlement or not. We must understand all of the property owned by each of you.

B. You must set out current values for each asset and liability, even if they are estimates.

C. Please make sure you provide all account numbers and current balances for all bank accounts.

D. Please answer all questions (as applicable). For example, even if you are retaining all personal bank accounts in your name, we still need the details for these bank accounts to be provided as we must provide full disclosure in the documents that we prepare.

D. The more information you are able to provide, the more streamlined and accurate the process and documents will be.
